Baume & Mercier brings a touch of modernity to the highly acclaimed Classima series with a wide array of materials. This Classima features a 42 mm polished stainless steel case with a sunray gray dial, partnered with rhodium-plated leaf-style hands, Roman numerals and indices as hour markers. A subtle white contrast is evident via the dial texts, date background and chapter ring laid out on a sand colored flange. Complementing it further is a polished fixed bezel, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and a date aperture at the 3 o'clock position adjacent to the signed crown. Fitted with a beige polyester textile strap secured by a stainless steel signed buckle completes the sporty and casual look. This watch has a stainless steel caseback wherein underneath lies the Sellita caliber SW200-1, a Swiss automatic movement beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour and is water-resistant up to 50 meters/165 feet.
