Created in 1973, the Riviera's return last 2021 aims to revive the spirit of a distinguished watchmaking era. This sporty and highly functional GMT version features a 42 mm brushed and polished dodecagonal stainless steel case equipped with a fixed bezel, fastened with 4 screws and an octagonal signed crown at the 3 o'clock position. Safely within is a sunray silver-tone dial layered with a unique wave pattern motif symbolizing the convergence of the mountains and the ocean and adorned with silver-tone and luminescent obelisk-style hands, applied indices, and Roman numerals at the 6 and 12 o'clock positions as hour markers. Red Arabic numerals and black dots are evenly spread in between the indices which serve as a peripheral 24-hour scale for the striking red GMT hand, clearly indicating a second timezone. Complementing it further is a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and a date aperture at the 3 o'clock position. Fitted with an integrated stainless steel bracelet secured by a triple folding clasp completes the sporty and elegant look. This watch has an exhibition caseback showcasing the caliber BM 11893-2, a Swiss automatic GMT movement beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour, generating up to 42 hours of power reserve, and is water-resistant up to 100 meters/330 feet.
