The bottom layer is enhanced with lightweight and soft MIZUNO ENERZY LITE foam, topped with an even plusher and bouncier foam, MIZUNO ENERZY LITE PLUS and stabilized by Mizuno's first-ever reinforced carbon wave plate. This plate adds to the propulsive running experience of the Wave Rebellion Pro by providing a springy ride and energetic toe-off.

The aggressive heel bevel gets runners on their toes quickly and allows for greater propulsion with the generous midsole cutout to keep you grounded without compromising on responsiveness. The G3 rubber outsole provides long-lasting traction while the engineered mesh upper offers a thin, lightweight, and race ready fit.
